Planning and design

Sawing

In this stage of the process, granite blocks are cut into slabs of various thicknesses with high technology - multi-wire machines and also the traditional saw discs machines.

Cutting

Pre-sawn slabs are cut to the dimensions of the end product.

Polimagra has a groundbreaking cutting process that relies strongly on robotics. This process is characterized by its installed capacity, flexibility and quality.

Finishing

This is when the products are given their final look, with varied textures (polished, honed, sand blasted and shot blasted surfaces) and other special finishes.

In terms of technology, we use robots able to create chamfers, flaming and shot blasting.

Specific finishes of the most varied kinds are done by highly qualified professionals.

Packaging

At Polimagra every detail that might have a bearing on product quality is taken into account. Packaging is a crucial element in ensuring that products are transported undamaged.
